These terms govern your use of Ward Capital London's website and services. By opening an account or instructing a transaction you agree to them. Where a signed client agreement exists, that agreement prevails over these terms.
We provide deliverable foreign exchange, international payments, multi-currency accounts and treasury services. All FX is for delivery: we do not offer speculative trading, margin products or investment advice, and nothing on this site is a financial promotion.
Accounts are available to businesses and individuals who complete our verification process. We are required by law to identify our clients, understand the purpose of their transactions, and decline or exit relationships that fail those checks.
Rates shown on this website are indicative mid-market levels, not offers to trade. A binding rate is the one your dealer confirms at execution. Our margin and any fees are agreed with you before a transaction is booked; a booked trade is a commitment on both sides.
Settlement times are typically same day on major corridors and one to two working days elsewhere, subject to cut-off times, receiving-bank processing and sanctions screening. You are responsible for the accuracy of beneficiary details you provide.
Client funds are held in segregated accounts with regulated banking partners, separate from Ward Capital's own funds, and are reconciled daily. Funds held for settlement do not earn interest unless separately agreed.
Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure; use the services only for lawful purposes and your own commercial or personal needs; and tell us promptly about anything that affects your verification, such as a change of control or address.
We are liable for losses caused by our negligence or breach of these terms, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for market movements, delays caused by third-party banks or screening, or losses arising from inaccurate instructions you provide.
You may close your account at any time once outstanding transactions have settled. We may suspend or close an account where the law requires it, where checks cannot be completed, or on reasonable notice otherwise. Booked trades survive closure until settled.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
